My Approach
Our relationship would begin with a free "chemistry" meeting. This informs us both of the likelihood that I could help you to achieve tangible results. If we agree to a coaching engagement, then subsequent sessions would include assessments, program design, and development activities.
I practice Integral Coaching, which is the integration of our three energy centers (or "brains") - the head, heart, and body (gut). I guide you in expanding your access to and awareness of all three centers. This enables you to experience life more holistically and meaningfully, leading to increased confidence and performance in your professional and personal relationships.
Examples of results that clients have achieved with my guidance include career transitions and promotions, organizational alignment, leadership development, relationship reconciliation, and significant life events.
