Who Is Matt Turley?
My Professional Background
My name is Matt Turley and I am an accomplished business executive and a certified Integral Coach. I draw on my vast experience in companies of all sizes to inform my approach to coaching. I have led sales and services teams, operational and transformational organizations, and large portfolios of technology projects. And I have run several successful smaller businesses in disparate industries, such as technology, real estate, and agriculture. My past clients include Wells Fargo, HP Enterprise, Sutter Health, and the Port of Oakland.
I have demonstrated the ability to mentor individuals at all levels within organizations, from various cultural and educational backgrounds, and with myriad developmental objectives. I have worked with executives, teachers, engineers, students, artists, and athletes, among others. I treat every individual with the respect, empathy, and candor that they deserve and desire. My references and testimonials highlight the many people whose lives, careers, and organizations I have influenced and improved.
My Personal Story
I live a happy and fulfilling life in the San Francisco Bay Area of California with my wife and dog. We like exercise, music, traveling, and camping. I am grateful daily for the health, opportunities, and experiences that I enjoy. I love to learn about the world, people, and myself. I am driven by a constant desire to improve myself and my effect on others.
I became a certified professional coach because I wanted to support others on their journeys toward expanded self-awareness, skills, and success. This is my contribution toward making the world a better place, one person at a time.
My other contribution toward making the world a better place is performing in a classic-rock band. It is a creative outlet for me that also entertains others. It is joyful to see how music makes people happy!
