My Background
My name is Matt Turley and I am an accomplished business executive and a certified Integral Coach. I draw on my vast experience in companies of all sizes to inform my approach to coaching. I have led sales and services teams, operational and transformational organizations, and large portfolios of technology projects. And I have run several successful smaller businesses in disparate industries, such as technology, real estate, and agriculture.
I have demonstrated the ability to mentor individuals at all levels within organizations, from various cultural and educational backgrounds, and with myriad developmental objectives. I have worked with executives, teachers, engineers, students, artists, and athletes, among others. I treat every individual with the respect, empathy, and candor that they deserve and desire. My Approach
My relationship with clients begins with a free "chemistry" meeting. This informs us both of the likelihood that I could help the client to achieve tangible results. If we agree to a coaching engagement, then subsequent sessions would include client assessments, program design, and development activities. I practice Integral Coaching, which is the integration of our three energy centers (or "brains") - the head, heart, and body. I guide the client in expanding their access to and awareness of all three centers. This enables them to experience life more holistically and meaningfully.
Examples of results that my clients have achieved with my guidance include career transitions and promotions, organizational alignment, relationship reconciliation, and leadership development.
